If, like us, you have fond memories of the heady PS One days of gaming then you’ll surely remember the motorbike brawler Road Rash. Well it looks like Maximum Games are set to bring back the shoulder to shoulder brawling mayhem that we know and love when Road Rage, the spiritual successor to Road Rash, comes to PlayStation 4 later this year. Although Road Rage is not a sequel to Road Rash, this new bike combat racer certainly looks just as exciting.

The game has 42 story-driven missions and 56 additional side missions ranging from delivery and escort jobs to combat races to all-out gang brawls, 11 unique and upgradable bike models, 12 unique melee weapons and 4-player online multiplayer & 4-player local multiplayer. There’s online leaderboards and Road Rage also boasts true open-world gameplay too. Sounds too good to be true!
