Marvel comic book legend Deadpool, famous for his outrageous swagger brings his marksman skills, stamina, agility and flexibility to the pinball table. You’re going to need pretty much all of his attributes in Zen Pinball’s brand spanking new explosive dazzler, Deadpool Pinball.
From the first flip this is definitely one of Zen’s loudest and proudest action packed pinball tables, and if you didn’t think so, don’t worry – Deadpool will constantly remind you. Being mentally unstable and a total loose cannon, well there could be no better Marvel newcomer to the table. Known for his constant ramblings, this high-tech mercenary certainly entertains in style and brings a riot with him. It’s a constant fight between crazy one liners, a heavily distorted D tuned rock guitar spitting out lush tunes and you slap bang in the middle, trying to hit every conceivable target imaginable.
This is a party table and one to crank up the volume to – it’s loud, brash and vocally and visually right up there clinging to your face. Deadpool never let’s up, with his random chants and spewing constant nonsense, but somehow never brings you into submission. As well as making up songs and firing off rows of expletives, he even informs you of Zen’s next up coming release – how kind of him!
If you’ve played Zen Pinball before you’ll know already they are the Masters of the Universe when it comes to pinball, so unlocking the hidden extras are always a highlight when unleashing on a new table. One of the highlights here is that the lights actually go out, leaving only a glowing ball. Flippers and targets glow, and all of this is courtesy of Blind Al. You also have Lil’ Deadpool and Weasel all making an appearance.
Remember, if you’re wanting Deapool to make an appearance on PlayStation 4, then download first onto the PS Vita or PS3. For the folks complaining that Zen delivered their last tables in packs, well Deadpool Pinball can be snapped up individually, as it’s just one table.
A vibrant, fast and furious roller coaster of pinball with the undiluted razzmatazz of a disfigured Deadpool leading the way. Deadpool delivers pretty much everything you would have expected.
